Gemzar/Carbo Failure

Hi everyone...I've been on a gemzar/carbo cocktail since 8/1/21 for a 1st recurrence. CA-125 is rising so treatment appears to be unsuccessful. Anyone out there had success with any drug after this scenario? I was diagnosed 10/2019 with HGS primary peritoneal cancer. Gene mutations negative. Had debulking, carbo/taxol for 6 months and rubraca for 10 months until I got severe colitis and was taken off the PARP. CA-125 started rising and CT/PET in June 2021 confirmed recurrence. Another surgery and Gemzar/Carbo after that. Any hope for a new successful treatment at this time?

I went from carbo gem to doxil which didn't work then weekly taxol which did

Thanks for responding. Taxol worked for me the first round of chemo after initial debulking but I ended up with severe neuropathy. Hoping the combo of avastin along with the doxil will do the trick. Worried about running out of options. Now stage 4.
