I just saw an old thread on here where people were discussing Ibrance reduction. It's five years old. Lots of discussion about side effects and reduction of dosages if anyone wants additional information on this subject .

Dose reduction
Dose reduction has been required for my sister, who was in the PATINA trial (Ibrance added to the Her2+ Herception + Perjeta and Letrozole regimen) until mounting toxicity drove her ANC levels/ neutropenia too low. She didn’t experience a lot of improvement in side effects, necessarily, but the dose reductions (125 > 100 > 75 over time) did allow her to stay on the drug. FWIW, insurance approved the drug for her off label/ off trial, after she exited the trial due to those restrictions. Also, it’s worth noting that the oncologist at Dana Farber with whom my sister consults suggested that she’s seen no decline in efficacy at the 75 level, though there is no clinical data to support.
I went from 125 to 100 as I had mouth stores on 125. That was over five years ago. Still doing well!
I just spoke with our cancer center pharmacists yesterday. They have seen a trend toward reduction in dosage (esp Ibrance) without any reduction in efficiency 👍. They agreed that there should be a way for pharmaceutical companies to update MDs on not only the effects of lowering doses to bring side effects to tolerable levels but also to notify them of side effects that are actually being reported.
on Ibrance, Letrozole and Denusomab (6 monthly) since January 2020 4years and 8 months - no metabolic activity on PET scans. Started on 125mg Ibrance after a year down to 100mg.
I am undergoing 6 monthly PET scan on Wednesday with results on Friday. Praying to God for the best results.
That is encouraging. I'm only 18 months into my journey.
I am 6 years in. Started on 125 MG, but after 1.5 yrs, a dbl mastectomy, and Radiation I made it to NED. Was getting some side effects, reduced to 100mgs and have been doing great. Just got my 4 yr NED scans.
