Second Enhertu Infusion

I had my second round of Enhertu yesterday. I had them increase the dosage to 3/4 of the max dose. Side effects at 50% of the first dose were manageable. Just wanted to send a little update. I hope all warriors are having a great, blessed day! KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT!

I have had full infusion every 3 weeks since January.Other than hair loss , fatigue has really been my major side effect.

I am very pleased with this treatment 😊

Thanks for the update!! I also had them reduce my dosage and the side effects weren’t as bad this month!! Fatigue is still a huge factor, but I’m going to see my palliative care APRN tomorrow and maybe she can suggest something to give me a little extra energy when I need it.

quick question please ? What dosage was your first dose? My mom starts enhertu next Thursday and they just said a reduced dose. But I would love to know what your dose was. I think you said increased on sec dose. Also how was that. Thank you so much in advance

Let me look in the notes on my portal! I will get back to you on dosage. Second infusion side effects were not so bad, not much difference from the first.
