I admire your ability to do this. I am not a swimmer. I may could do cold showers in the summer. I do need to get back to deep breathing exercises and will google those. Very interesting. Thanks.

That’s awesome! Good for you. Great first step. And the daily breath-work is not easy. :)

You certainly don’t need to be a swimmer for this.

To health, happiness and strength! 💪

She’s inspirational. Thank you for sharing. I’ve recently started turning the shower to cold before I get out. Not much in the scheme of things but I will keep trying and I’ll look for the breathing exercises. Thank you Chris

Lovely inspirational video. The Wim Hoff method of breathing is really beneficial for everyone’s health. I should be practicing it! I know a top trainer who teaches it as part of her fitness classes and I felt my breathing ability improve a lot after taking just a few of her classes.

And my dad finished every single one of his showers with a cold water blast! He lived to 92 and was extremely fit and active for most of his life. I do it on occasion and it does make you feel good. I’m a sucker though when it comes to the cold so not something I want to do every day! I certainly could not stay in the cold ocean water like this woman does in this video. The breathing practise does help though. There are videos of Wim Hoff sitting almost buck naked in freezing snow environments, and it’s the very focused breathing patterns that gets him through it. Certainly very interesting if you’re willing to give it a go!

Great that you shared this video, thank you

Hello beautiful!

Your dad had it all figured out! :)

I feel if anything is going to heal us, it will be this! I have read his book and been studying him for years! I even invited him on an expedition trip to Antarctica (I used to work for Quark) but they wanted too much commission! 😂

thank you for sharing. she has a thrIVer attitude! cold plunges are a challenge, for me. do my ‘breast’ with cold showers.
