Bloodwork out of range?

I received my bloodwork results today. WBC 3.0 L,RDW 52.7 H,Absolute Neutrophil 1.08 L, Creatinine 0.59 L.

CA 15-3 is 10. CA 19-9 is 5 and CA 27.29 is 8.

Are the wbc, neutrophils,raw too low?

Creatinine out of range is a new one.

Any thoughts?

Hi Cenaiba - Are you on Ibrance?

Those counts look decent or better to me for someone on Ibrance.

My WBC averages less than 1.8 and ANC averages about .8. I think some docs like the ANC to be at least 1.0 before continuing the treatment, but I've had no problems at .8 over several years.

I don't know much about the creatinine, but in general I think high creatinine is a bigger concern than low.

The one that stands out to me is RDW...my lab reports shows the normal range as 10.5 - 14.5, and mine were 14.9 this month.

I hope someone with more knowledge chimes in.

Hello,

I am on Ibrance and Letrozole, 8th month. RDW (sd) is 51.7 H, range is between 38 to 49.

Interesting...I guess our docs use slightly different tests...You're just a smidge above normal so, honestly, I'd not worry about it? BTW, mean to remark earlier...You tumor markers are amazingly low! They're not accurate for everyone, but I hope they're accurate for you, that'd be awesome!

Thank you. I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow so I have a list of questions and side effects for her. The tumor markers CA 15-3 and 19-9 have been the same the last 2 times and 27.29 dropped from 12 to 8.
