I get crazy muscle spasms like I feel that little aliens are inside moving and rippling. Lasts a few seconds. Abdomen, under chest, upper back lower back, legs. Anybody else experience this?

I'm on Enhertu but don't have this side effect. Are you on any other drugs? Eg anti sickness medication? I wonder if it's that that is causing the muscle spasms.X
Haven't had that yet.I have only had my first infusion though.Really fatigued right now ,almost thought I would pass out today hurrying to get to my Palliative Care appointment.
Other than that only slight nausea.
I just started Enhertu; 3 days in. No cramping.
I am not on Enhertu but have something like that. In my chest/abdomen, Very uncomfortable and I can see it jumping around. I have asked many docs. One said it is muscle cramps and nothing to do with cancer or treatment. So no relief! I can bring it on by stressing those muscles.
