Piqray heartburn

hi friends! So day 29 on Piqray and my first SE! Major major heartburn! I must of eaten something bad this morning I'm not really sure! Had anyone had this happen and if so.... what did you do to help alleviate the pain? Also have u heard about any interactions with Prilosec??!! Thx

I’m on Kisqali and even before it, I had bad heartburn. I do have a RX for nausea but I find that a Tums chewy works best. I have several bottles around the house and in my purse. When I feel the burn, I chew one and it really helps. Good luck with your heartburn and healing

Sorry I haven’t experienced heartburn on Piqray. Your oncologist will be the best person to give you advice.

Hello! I have been on Piqray for 6 weeks and have also been taking Prilosec. I have had no heartburn, works great! Good luck take care.

Since my diagnosis almost 3 years ago while on verzenio and now piqray I take Prilosec daily. It takes care of my stomach. There are articles that say it interacts with meds. But I also read if you take them far apart from your piqray it should be okay. I take piqray in am and Prilosec in evening, my oncologist prescribes them for me.
