I haven't seen one of our group , Kokopelli post in a while and wanted to reach out . I don't recall her exact name on here .

Hope she is doing ok , anyone heard from her ?

I am in touch with her -- although I haven't heard from her in a few days. She is dealing with some decisions and a lot of pain, and is getting a scan. This is not about her cancer progressing, but back and neck problems that are somewhat incapacitating. She needs to resolve those. I hope I haven't disclosed more than she wanted. It is okay to be concerned! Just that it may not be what you think.

Tammy, thank you for the info . Let her know we are sending her love, good energy and prayers . She was always very welcoming in this group and I've missed her presence.

thanks so much for thinking of me....so sweet of you! and such kind words. I must admit I was surprised to see my name posted😉. yes, the past six weeks have been rough.

I already experience much pain in my lower spine and my mobility is very impaired. adding this neck issue to the mix was pretty unbearable. cervical dystonia...it is actually a brain disorder (neuro) but affects your muscles too. I had spasms in my neck so severe that my head was pulled down and leaning on my R shoulder. very painful and limiting and exhausting....trying to hold my 8lb. head up. and came out of the blue. not totally there yet but a lot of improvement the past few days. phew!

After I wrote that, I picked up a message from her asking me to explain that she is having such neck pain that it is difficult to type for long. Some kind of dystonia. She needs to see a functional neurologist or someone who deals with muscles.
