After many years of genuine concerns about the use of sweeteners while battling breast cancer, it seems that there is a natural sweetener that is actually good for people with certain kinds of cancers. It looks like recent studies have shown that consumption of Stevia is showing promise as being a better alternative to sugar. While it’s easy to fall into the trap of only finding the positive you’re looking for, there are an enough articles on bonafide sites that are saying the same thing about Stevia. In the early 2010s, stevia was on a list banned by FDA? And now it’s safe and actually good. Can this be true?
well, I’ve been using stevia for quite a while for my evening cup of herbal tea…Whew, I’m glad to see that I’ve been doing something good…I hope 🤞

I have tried to stay away from sugar. It is so hard. I do use Stevia occasionally. Thank you for sharing. To satisfy my sweet tooth. I melt a tablespoon of coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave. Add a teaspoon of cocoa powder and stir. If you like add a drop of liquid Stevia. I don't. Put in a cup of frozen black sweet cherries and stir to coat the cherries. Let it sit for a few minutes if you would like cherries to slightly thaw. You can taylor to your liking: more cocoa, more cherries, let it sit in frig to let cherries completely thaw. Enjoy.
Very dark chocolate is good. I have a chocolate cake recipe for Cancer sufferers. It has natural chocolate, cranberries, almonds, egg, oil. It's like a brownie and you mix it in a liquidiser and cook. Yummy!
I use a little natural honey occasionally and vanilla is good too. But I only use in bitter drinks such as chocolate made with cacao, and my natural cranberry juice. X
There is a brand of Popcicles called Halo Top, and the coconut is sweetened with Stevia and has a bit of Coconut oil and cream. 90 calories/pop. Even in the Winter I love those things, and now an even better reason to love them, thanks for everyone sharing about use of Stevia.
Aloha and thank you for sharing. I use monk fruit at home for cooking, baking and drinks. I pack my own little bags of stevia in my purse for when I'm out dining and coffee, hold the sugar. Appreciate the information and reconfirming! Mahalo!
I use pure leaf Stevia, but I add a little brown sugar to get that full sugar taste in baking, coffee, tea, just about everything that I use to use full brown sugar for years ago. I like monkfruit. but it is a bit expensive compared to Stevia leaf sweetner. Thankyou for this information👍😇
