I just started in Piqray about 2 weeks ago and have had repeated instances of severe muscle cramps in my hands. When it happens, it can last about 10-15 minutes. Anyone experience this? It's rarely happened before taking Piqray.

Piqray and muscle crramps?
I’ve never had them in my hands but I get them quite often on my feet. I was going on my 3rd week of Piqray and was taken off after labs. My blood sugar elevated to 364. Be mindful of that as well, the signs I missed were the excessive thirst. I thought it was just from starting a new treatment. They started me on metformin right away and hopefully I can get back on after this little break.
My cramps are in my thighs and arms, but I am on letrozole and Kisqali. I take potassium for the cramps.
I have been on piqray for a year. I have had bad lower leg cramps that I always attribute to the hormone blockers in the past like tamoxifen, letrezole and now fluvesterant. But I have had a few bad hand cramps as you described only since being on piqray.
I also had morning muscle cramp when I started taking Piqray recently. I bought Dr. Berg's Original Keto Electrolytes Powder from Amazon and put a scoop into 12oz warm water and drink it when I wake up every day. This powder has 21% DV of potassium per scoop. After drinking it for several days, my morning cramp has stopped. You could give it a try and I hope it will help you. I bought the lemonade flavor and it tastes really good
