Here she is. Here we are. Stevie and me. Out and about.
I have gotten hold of a little electric disability scooter. My dear friend Karens. Who was here for a year before she died in Feb, gave it to me. So now when I get all set up and can't drive out without taking the awning down..... I use my little scooter.
I live in Victoria and they've had terrible floods since the day after I left. Now I'm in South Australia. And so far I have missed the floods and the weather has been beautiful. First week? Tick. Tiring. But I'm still coping with most things

good for you! Getting out in nature is such a wonderful way to set aside our health for a moment! And you are beginning Spring season which must be beautiful! Thanks for posting.🚐🌳
What a lovely trailer and a nice campsite all set up for business and relaxation. I love to camp as well. Even when I am not on the road to the next campsite, my mind takes me there and I have to smile.
Wow 😆It is wonderful to see that you are living your best life. I almost wish I was their in Australia enjoying the R.V. life also😇. For now I will live vicariously through you, and your lovely post.😀
Wow! You are an inspiration to me. I hope you have many wonderful adventures in your rig. It looks lovely and your dog is cute and I guess he loves traveling with you. Hugs M.
Always wanted to travel to Australia, was a top bucket list item! Sadly not mobile enough to travel now so will live vivaciously by viewing your lovely travel pics! Enjoy every minute! Cheers to continued good health!
Well I did it. 3.5 weeks. It was a lot of things. It was hard. Really hard. But lovely. And I'm glad I've done it. Not sure how much of it I can do though. The hardest thing?.... Getting from the end of the bed and crawling into the sleeping position. I have the most amazing bed in the van. Very comfortable. And the end of it adjusts, in that it tilts up. Like a hospital bed. But even with all this. It was sometimes so difficult I was in tears. My pain was so great even with all the painkillers I take regularly.
And I found I was often too tired to truly enjoy the places I went. So I was asking myself why I was there. I'm feeling very sad tonight being home and thinking back on the trip.
I'm not so sure how much I'll be able to use the van.
Thankful have this little angel. Stevie. She is greatest love.
