I am 62 and I guess I am way past menopause (LOL). I got my monthly cycle at the age of 13 and then when I was 47, I just stopped getting it. There was no spotting or other signs. Never suffered hot flashes or anything.

I guess I was lucky and by passed the hot flashes.

That is exactly what happened to me. I started my period at 13. Regular monthly cycles. At 42 I had a few bad months of heavy bleeding then at 47 it all stopped. No hot flashes. I’m 68 now and my only problem ( in this hot summer weather) I sweat profusely if I get warm. It’s so unlike me. I’m thinking it’s my meds. I’m on Ibrance and Anastrozole

I have this device. I use it for camping. Never thought about walking around my house with it tho to curb hot flashes.
