Wonderful news!! Not sure what the change in bones mean, and am curious what you find out. I have heard that as bones regenerate they scar. My understanding is that this is why bone lesions will always show in scans and they can’t tell other than change in number/size what’s going on. (?)
Forgive me- I keep trying to reply to you and then put my phone down and I think none of my attempts have gone through.
Trust yourself. The body does it’s own thing and can be a mystery for us to understand. Pain levels vary from person to person- if you want advice (this board is great for that) it may be better to see if you have any bloodwork results which can indicate your progress on your treatment journey. I’m unsure if there is a specific one for bone Mets, but the CA27-29 is one I track.
Again. Will be thinking of you. I recently had scans in neck and shoulder as I had an old injury and wanted physiotherapy. Guess what? Bone Mets there as well, but onc said he isn’t concerned because my bloodwork is stable. My impression based on that conversation is that my bone Mets are basically many places (skull, hip, lumbar, neck and shoulder) but the treatment protocol isn’t changing because of it.
