Thanks very much for this interesting link! It is helpful to have good research to support or contradict popular ideas about what causes cancer. It seems a healthy lifestyle (in terms of exercise, sleep patterns, diet and weight control) is indeed protective.

However, it does seem to me that those of us who already have MBC can't really do ourselves new harm by allowing for a few indulgences in our remaining years. 😁
