Hello just saw your question to jumpy legs and arms. I have lymphedema and along with I have restless leg syndrome. It was to the point that I could not sleep and just kept moving my legs. My doctor put me on clonazepam. 5mg. It has really helped. Not sure if this is what are experiencing but I would certainly ask your doctors. Good luck.

dear Girlsptz------I hope that cancersucks2 reads the subtext to your reply which I read as, "Stick to the purest, most natural form, when possible.". I am going to take this leaf out of your book and try it myself for my infernal, internal trembling. Thank you!
