Do not wait. Call your provider ASAP. Vomiting days in a row requires prompt attention.

Too often we are so focused on being “strong” that we mistakenly think we can power through symptoms.

Don’t be a “Viking” as I like to say. Good luck. Keep us posted please.

I agree with Marthasvineyard...tell your doctor! I’ve been giving anti-nausea medicine that really works....and doesn’t seem to have any negative effects....

Most certainly contact your breast are nurse or oncologist asap for help with this. If it is a reaction to treatment then anti sickness drugs are definitely needed. There is a 7 day patch I think called ondansetron that is absolutely fantastic but you have to fight to get it prescribed as they are quite expensive. I hope the symptoms relax very soon. God bless

My doctor issued anti sickness drugs with the fulvestrant. I didn't need it but obviously a lot of people do. (buccal tablets - prochlorperazine 3mg)

Definitely see your doctor ASAP. Also you’ll need to be hydrated for sure which will help you feel better.

Get a stomach endoscopy. I was vomiting for weeks and rapidity losing weight but nobody did anything until my primary doctor ordered a stomach endoscopy thinking I had an ulcer. Turns out to be stomach mets which is fairly rare but not impossible. My oncologist said they don’t check for it because it’s rare. I hope you get relief soon. I take anti nausea medicine now and eat most anything I want. Good luck!

Tell your doctor! They can prescribe Zofran. It would be unfortunate to have to give up Ibrance... if it’s working.

Please don’t feel inhibited to communicate with your oncologist. I received a prescription for an antiemetic “just in case” since nausea is common....but they still ask every time I go. There may be an important treatment that needs to be started sooner rather than later...prayers for healing!

I was on Ibrance and Letrazol for nearly 5 years. I never had your symptoms, but call your oncologist right away and ask. It's not worth waiting to ease your mind. With doctor's information, you can make a wise decision.
