Stomach cramps with letrazole and ibrance

I had stomach cramps when I was treated with that combo. The only thing that seemed to help was drinking kefir.

I have also found that drinkable yogurt with cultures (Siggi’s for me) helps a lot with intestinal discomfort.

Take with food or not on an empty stomach. I personally don't take them together, letrozole in the a.m. Ibrance in the evening post-dinner.

When I started this combo, I had a lot of GI issues which I never had before: intestinal cramps, stomach/back pain, diarrhea, constipation. I've been taking 250mg of magnesium daily which improved all GI problems by almost 100%. I swear by it. I have a friend who has similar problems from her meds, and she also takes magnesium. Cheap and easy to find in Walgreens, Target, etc. It's worth trying.
