I am not sure if it's actually a lump or something else, but my left breast is slightly bigger in comparison with my right one. And sometimes it does pain a bit usually before my periods starting date.
I don't have any kind of external lumps or the symptoms of cancer.
What could this be?

I agree with the ladies here. It's not unusual to have one breast slightly bigger than another. It could be a cyst but I would get a mammogram or at minimum see your obgyn. They have a knack for feeling things that may be unusual. Best !
Hi, I found a small lump in one of my breasts about 10 years ago. My GP said she thought it was a cyst but I had to go to hospital for a mammogram to be sure, but it was just a cyst which they drained staight away.
