Breast cancer in stomach

I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer in the stomach and bones. I had breast cancer 13 years ago and had a mastectomy, plus lymphnodes removed and a reconstruction done. After all this time I have two breast cancer growths opposite one another in the stomach affecting my food intake. I have been put on instance 125mg and letrozole. Only on my second course and my blood count is low. Also ask me to have a dental checkup before having a bone strengthening injection. Has anyone else got the same sort of cancer.

Thanks

Welcome to the group. Sorry you have cancer. I too was taking Ibrance 100mg letrizole and the monthly injection of xgeva. Breast cancer to bones. You will feel better when meds get a chance to work. Feel free to ask questions someone will answer. Feel better.

I had mets to my stomach as well. Chemo didn't help so I did radiation

How did the radiotherapy go, did it make a difference. Did chemo not shrink them or are you still taking inbrance. This is only my second round. I have got a CT scan in two weeks, I assume to see if anything is happening. Do you have problems eating, I find I can only eat small amounts. Hope your doing ok.

Radiotherapy worked. Chemo did not ( Taxol, Herceptin and Perjeta- I never had ibrance). I do have problems eating which may or not be related. Having an endoscopy today to see if we can find an answer. Hope this helps you.
