Hi Blms , what is the advantage of having an infrared mat? What does it do for you? Fyi, I have bone mets and open to trying anything to keep my mets from progressing.

I find a great deal of relief from bone discomfort. Also the mat which has amethyst stones in it and some others, it’s supposed to go into deep cell healing to help kills to cancer stem cells. I sit on my mat every night for three or four hours. It’s up my back in around my liver. I have to put see cushions down on the bottom because it’s too hot on my butt. Then I do a cast royal pack that I wrap around my liver and spent over three hours with that at the same time. Then I wash off the cast her off of my abdomen and go to bed

I have mets to rib...I used my similar mat(I am in the US) every night for a few months and totally eliminated pain. So worth the money!!!
