FISETIN

Hello ladies, I was just reading a very interesting article in the Life Extension magazine. About the discovery of a flavonoid found in strawberries and apples.

Google Life Extension and look for the magazine Feb. 2021. With intermittent fasting only black coffee, tea or water for 16 hrs a day.... helps when taking fisetin, as it can curtail Metastatic cancer.

In a laboratory study using negative breast cancer cells, FISETIN reduced migration by 76 percent and inhibited metastasis. The effects were likely due to FISETIN interfering with several pathways involved in metastasis.

Please all read the article!

You can buy FISETIN at the Life Extension .

🙏🏻💜

I read a lot but just realized that I hadn’t got to the fasting part. Fasting is something that I feel I must do but it’s easier said than done when you’re the Head cook (I won’t say and bottle washer’) as he loads the dishwasher. A few months ago I asked my Onc what he thought about fasting. He asked me to repeat myself and when I did he laughed. Lol. I will go back and read it. You sent me down multiple paths and I saw this article from the Mayo Clinic. newsnetwork.mayoclinic.org/...

I’m wondering if we ate a strict Mediterranean diet would we still need a supplement? Today fir breakfast I had grated apple on toast. Now the toast part wasn’t so good but how much Fisetin did I get? I have a bottle of feverfew sitting unused in my counter but I do believe the answer is plants.

Thanks for finding this article. It’s pretty inexpensive on Amazon.

Thank you for sharing this xx

Hello,

Thanks for sharing this information. I buy melatonin from Life Extension, as I can't obtain it over the counter in the UK. But I hadn't heard of fisetin before. I thought I had the February edition, but I don't. I have the January magasine. I'll have to research fisetin and ask my integrative doctor to see if it would be a good idea to try it.

Thanks,

Sophie

I use Fisetin in hit-and-run F + Q protocol, but generally in higher dosing. I recently received 1,000 mg Fisetin capsules, at low @ mg pricing, via eBay, from company in United Kingdom. Arrived here in U.S. in reasonable time:
