MBC and laughing

It’s said plant care and laughing releases the endorphins and makes you feel good.

😍I did a very long walk 2nd January in a very snowy, icy, uneven woodland. It hurt. After being in pain for almost two weeks my husband decided we should laugh. Crazy man I thought but......to my amazement he made me laugh and I feel so much better for it. Try it, it did work for me.

Have you ever tried Laughter Yoga? At first, it feels unnatural, but after a while, it feels really great (and no body contortions involved). Laughter increases both oxygen and endorphins!

Sounds interesting. I will take a look. Thank you.

Do whatever makes you feel better. I worry about recent ultrasound where pet showed zero it shows Avery small nodule but the dr never called so I guess he’s not worried. It’s more the Covid for me making me feel depressed. At least I got the first vaccine a week ago. We will see.🙏❤️

Haven’t heard a word about the vaccination yet. Where you asked any Cancer related questions prior to vaccination? I’m worried about the Virus also. Number of cases are high in our area. We all do the correct thing but it’s still a concern. Sometimes we just have to push negativity to the back of our minds and have more positive thoughts.Take great care and best wishes 🌻🙂

We got it at our Health sept drive they clinic. Well they asked or ages 65 and 66 and if we had any conditions -that’s it. It took us 21/2 hours in line in the car. Some people waited 7-8 hours on other days . One friend in his early 40s got it because of high blood pressure. I think they are lenient here but disorganized and hopefully we can find 2nd dose on 🎁feb 9..

For me walking was a problem but I’m feeling better now and try to walk frequently. What helped was a nice walking stick used on the side that hurts. It supports your weight and helps propel you forward...so walking is easier. But the uneven ground is scary...falling would be catastrophic for me...so I’m super careful. Live long and prosper 😌

I actually used a stick but it was so muddy it got stuck. Moving on now and I know I can’t go anywhere that’s uneven, slippery or hilly to walk on. That’s life now,I guess.

As always a beautiful plant, so exotic. So glad the laughter helped. Your hubby will have to keep you entertained now on a daily basis.

Glad you are ok Clare. We haven’t had snow just constant rain. That’s depressing I must say. We have been listening to some good golden oldies today so that brightens up the gloom. It’s right, no we can’t go anywhere so it’s ok to stay at home. Take care Clare x

Makes you feel so much better on down days Junex
