Hi all hope everyone is doing well. Has anyone had problems with a rash on any of these treatments. Mine started on my chest went to dermatologist gave me an ointment to put on and it did nothing. It’s now also on arms legs and stomach. It’s mostly a flat rash with few raised itchy and burning feeling also have red blotches near my knees. Not getting any answers from doctors so I’m like damn I now where I can get answers “On this site” It’s so great we have each other to support and help each other. I’d appreciate any thoughts.

Have a great day😊

I got a terrible itchy rash on the palms of my hands in the first few months of Ibrance/Letrozole combo. It happened on my off week and gradually stopped after a few months. My onc said he had never heard of such a thing. I found Gold Bond eczema lotion to be the best to help with the itch. It also is the best for the dry skin that is a constant.

I had a rash after the first week or so on Verzenio. Mostly on my stomach, calamine lotion helped with the itch and it only lasted a few days. Hope yours goes away soon!

Eucerin advanced repair cream will help with the itch ( I use it for itches and for any dry skin ) and try applying an ice pack in a tea towel to the area as it helps calm it down , and cutting the nails short to prevent scratching and irritating it .

I also was prescribed “Dermacool”(menthol 2 % in Aqueous cream ) which soothes and cools irritated skin, used as and when required . x

Yes I have rash (tiny white bumps) super itchy that pop up in different places- palm of hand, inner side of hand, back, crease of elbow, thigh. Comes and goes...had it ever since I started last summer. Lotions, anti itch med don’t seem to help much. I’ve put arthritis cream - the cooling burn from the menthol in it calms the itch! Seems worse at night.

I’m on Ibrance and Faslodex. I think rash is a side effect for all the CDK4 inhibitors. Sometimes my rash will be tiny red bumps ...like right now on the inside of my elbow and chest. Had to do a blood test today and due to the rash, had to take it from my back of my hand since my other arm has lymphedema.

Thankyou for reply I believe it’s from Faslodex it’s quoted as one of the side effects please let me know if blood test showed anything that is if you don’t mind sharing. I almost always have to have blood drawn from my hand because I have floating veins in my arm I dread getting blood work.

Just saw my onc -blood test results -low WBC 2.7 and ANC 1100 is also low -and this is after being off Ibrance for previous 19 days. But since I’m over 1000, I can start cycle 6. Will probably have to stop by day 12-14. She also gave me a rx for the rash/itch- Lidex cream -said that it works well. Let’s hope so I will let you know!
