Anastrozole is an AI inhibitor like tamoxifen and letrozole. Melatonin is a supplement mainly used for sleep issues but used as a supplement by Jane McLelland in her Stage 4 journey. Of course I’m no expert. I’m just now researching supplements and off label drugs to help me wage war against cancer. 🤪😄

Ah, she used as a supplement, meaning "in addition to," not instead of. Do as you feel, but the two are very different and I don't think I would choose to do so.

Melatonin is a hormone generally taken at night if you have trouble falling asleep. It doesn't work at all like anastrozole.

Good luck. Wish you well 🎗🎀🎗

Thank you I'm having so much pain from the Anastrozole trying to figure out how to implement it. I'm very interested in Jane McLelland strategies. I'm curious if anyone is on her recommended package of supplements and medicines.
