Hi everyone just got back from onc ct showed no change apart from lymph nodes which have got smaller, but bone scan showed tiny differences but they think this might be to do with bone strengthener, so they are going to put me on a stronger bone strengthener, she said I am doing the right thing exercising

Good for you! I can't seem to get back to the gym since dx. I applaud your diligence! Maybe Santa will bring me some!!

Thanks, I only get exercise from walking the dog, not sure I would have enough motivation for gym lol

Hi Kiera, I have metastatic breast cancer and osteoporosis so I sympathize with you.It is a scary illness. I think we have a chance at getting well again. My last bone scan showed improvement. My cancer is in my bones. I don't know what you are taking but I take Ibrance and Letrozole. I think you should be happy that you are seeing improvements. It is time to celebrate. I hope you get to travel. I am grateful that cancer research is helping us to stay well. I wish you the best in the New Year.

Yeah it is scary I take Ibrance, letrozole, zoledex and bone strengthener and at moment feel really good am managing to get out and about so at least get some exercising and shopping lol. I am determined I will be well enough to travel next scan in March, hope you are ok. Thanks for your reply
