I had whole brain radiation in July and my hair is still not growing back. Does anyone know anything about hair growth after radiation?

TIA

Hi there!

So my mom had radiation to her skull because of the Mets there. She lost all of her hair. This was in July, 2018. She had 10 treatments. It was very slow to come back. By month 5 she had some growth. Again, it was very slow and patchy. Now it’s thin and one small patch which is still not completely in. But overall she has hair now. So I Would say it took a little over that year to get full hair. Everyone is different but it does eventually come back :) My best to you! ❤️
