Hi lovely people

I have a pat/ct scan scheduled for Monday! I'm not as nervous as I usually am! That's a good sign, right? I think it will be a good result, fingers crossed!

No. Let's hope for good results! You are probably still dealing with radiotherapy side effects and pain med side effects.

It’s my birthday, our 30th wedding anniversary is coming, my brother and his wife are coming from Europe to visit... it has to be a good result because I really want to enjoy all this❤️

thank you all for your birthday wishes! I had a nice bday dinner and celebrate with my family ...ahh that key lime/mango pie that I've been waiting for a long time was so delicious!

So today I saw my oncologist and birthday card wasn’t quite good as I expected but it is not bad either! Pet/ct scan is pretty much the same as last time! There is one spot on my hip that is more active than on my last scan, but this time they used a brand new hi resolution pet/ct machine that is a lot more sensitive and maybe that spot was there last time but the old machine didn't catch it! Anyway I didn’t like the results ☹️

doctors suggested to stay on the same pills (capecitabine)with a monthly blood test and repeat pet/ct scans at the end of the year!
