Hello,

My left ankle swells and the only thing that seems to help is acupuncture.

Do you have any other medical problems besides MBC? I can see that when you had pneumonia you had a lot of fluid retention. Have you been worked up for any cardiac problems? From the responses it doesn’t seem like fluid retention is common with our MBC drugs.

I've looked at the cautions with the meds and swelling of the feet and legs do happen. since I am not very active being on oxygen for 24/7 I thought that could have something to do with it. When I wake up in the morning they are fine.

yes, especially if upright (on the feet) for extend periods of time. am a different, active person these days; still run/exercise. alternate standing, sitting, & being horizontal; it works for me. take turmeric supplements, have acupuncture and massage monthly, also.

I lasted 33mo on ibranch and letrozole. Good life! Tired and few

Body aches now and then.

My cancer progressed to my spine now so I'm starting a new treatment plan of Faslodex injections. Wishing you the best

On your life journey!

I have slight swelling from these med hands lower legs

I have swelling in my left ankle. Am on Ibrance and Arimidex. My oncologist told me to wear compression stocking. I purchased them and it definitely helps. I don't wear them all the time but certainly see a difference when I do.
