In response to the woman with joint pain...I have been on Ibrance 125 mg and Letrazole 2.5 in my 10th cycle. My knees and hips are very achy all the time. The best treatment has been deep stretching and doing the 7 minute workout. Walking on soft ground, like a hiking trail is good too.
I think of your probe to arthritis as my family is, your joints will be effected. Small price to pay for a life saving drug. I am grateful. I am also loosing my hair, about 2/3 rd gone. Still enough not to shear off yet. Looking forward to wigs and having multiple options!

Celebrex 200 mg in the morning has been hugely helpful for my achy joints. It is an Rx med used for arthritis but quite a few find it helpful for these side effects. I've been on it for a very long time and any time I've had to stop it for a medical procedure, those aches come back and then get controlled again when I can take the Celebrex again. You will probably get noticable results pretty quickly, not hours but within just a few days.
I agree. That’s exactly what I was saying. I used to be on a supplement called Asea that basically erased all my aches. It works too well and there is concern it will stimulate my estrogen to work against my meds so I had to stop. I wake up soooo stiff and achy, I feel like I’m 80! Once I get going it works it’s way out. Got to stay strong 💪🏻 for the future!
