Affinitor was one of three drugs I took in a trial after Ibrance stopped working. I can tell you that it caused me alot of headaches. The three drugs together worked to get rid of the tumors but I had to stop it because the combination of all the side affects were to much and of course then those stupid little tumors showed back up, My oncologist attributed just my headaches to Affinitor. Hope this helps.

Hi Burtie

I have just started with Afinitor after Ibrance stopped working after 8 months. I would be interested to know how are you getting on with it?
