i had pretty bad joint pain on letrozole. . Some days were better than others, not sure why. Now that I’ve been switched to Faslodex I have no discomfort. Sorry can’t offer you a remedy.

Rx Celebrex has helped me alot! I take 200 mg every morning. I was on it before cancer for some post injury arthritis in my left wrist, but when I had to go off of it before surgery, I have gotten pain in my bones and joints. If you have bone mets, the bone meds can cause joint pain too. When I switched from Zometa to Xgeva, my bones felt alot better!

I take an over the counter joint health tablet and it took away the joint pain. For muscle pain it varies depending on the level of pain. Sometime I just need a muscle relaxer. Hope this helps.

I started Letrozole a month ago. I don’t have any joint pain. I’m on the Teva Brand. I’ve heard different brands can cause different side effects. I hope you can get some relief xo

It could be the menopause too. I’m on 4 meds that have bone pain as side effects. Movement and exercise helps. I’m trying to start stretching 2/3 times per day. When I was on Ibrance, I walked a mile per day. Then I broke my routine. Now it’s mostly stiffness and my hand joints are sore at night and mornings.

Aspirin helps, ibuprofen, turmeric...but definitely movement helps.

Hello, I thought you have to take IBRANCE forever? What are you taking now? Because this med is so expensive.

Good luck to you
