Just started ibrance

I just started ibrance 2 weeks ago. I have one week left on my first cycle. I’m on 100 bc my counts dropped so low during chemo this time last year dr didn’t want to risk starting at 125 plus he knew I needed to be able to work so he said we’d start with middle dose. I had counts checked after four days and they were great. On day 7 I asked dr if I could go to Disney since we were in florida and counts were good. He said yes as long as neutrophils above 1.0. They were 4.0. Wbc 5.1 so we went for two days. The last night I started getting a sore throat and coughing. Came back and went to dr and got counts checked again before getting steroid shot. This was Thursday. Day 11. They were still good! Three counts checked in a week and all great. Today I went for my regularly scheduled two week check up and my wbc count is 1.5 and neutrophils 1.6 and platelets low and rbc low. I’m amazed they dropped so much in last four days. Dr says he’s not seen platelets drop like this on ibrance but it appears it’s a common side effect. He says by Monday if they aren’t better I’ve got to get platelets. Anybody else experience such a sudden drop in counts? Any suggestions on what I can do if anything. I’m worried if they dropped that fast the last 4 days what are they going to do by next Monday when he tests my counts again? Do they get better next week while I’m off ibrance a week? Thanks!
