I am currently on Ibrance and Faslodex and have muscle aches and spasms. I just finished the 3rd cycle amends. Has anyone noted increased muscle pain on these meds?

Muscle Aches
Meant to say 3rd cycle of meds.
Yes I just started faslodex, 3rd month. I do notice leg cramps and muscle pain.
My doctor recommended magnesium for my leg cramps and muscle spasms. It does seem to help.
Potassium is also good for muscle cramps. It's my impression that all the hormonal meds can cause achey joints. I was already on Celebrex for arthritis and have found that when I have to go off it for a procedure, I have alot more joint pain than before cancer treatment. Some OTC meds can help or ask you onc about Celebrex. And Effexor helps hot flashes alot. I keep Pedialyte on had for muscle cramping--it has potassium and maybe magnesium. My husband drinks tonic water when he gets leg cramps. I sometimes joke that I am on more meds for side effects of cancer meds than I am for cancer.
Hi , I have noticed muscle and joint pain. I decided not to take any medication and joined yoga classes. Have to say yoga really helps . I do yoga every morning for 20 min and twice a week go to yoga classes
I thought I aged 20 years after starting folsadex and xgeva feb 24. I was also exhausted. Come to find out April 24 that my iron was super low. Started supplements that night for iron and feel myself. Also stretching and a 20 min walk help too.
I’ve also been told to supplement calcium by the pharmacy. And I was on my own doing 5ooo mg of D. My onco checked my D levels and they were in range. He said “just keep doing whatever you’re doing”..,oh and I take 2000 mg of turmeric too.
Going on my 4th cycle of Ibrance and falsodex . Have xgeva also for over a year. All 3 of these meds make me feel exhausted. All blood cell counts are in the low range according to lab print out.
Was on anastrozole and xgeva only 4 months ago. Was not as exhausted. Lower back muscles feel tight often. Alleve and Tylenol seem to help. Nurse told me the falsodex sore muscle ache is an allergic reaction to it so I take generic antihistamine, she suggested antihistamine. It seems to relieve some aches but makes me tired. I am wiped out for 3 days (nap a lot) after falsodex and xgeva injection. I also had swelling in toes after ibrance.
I started folsadex and xgeva feb 1. I had stiffness and sore muscles peak in early April. Stretching and walking 20 min helped.
Found out 4/24 that my iron was low and dr told me to supplement. Overnight, I felt 100% better and like my old self. I started Ibrance and letrozole that day too.
Still doing 10-30 min walk 5 times a week.
