Muscle and joint pain

Just wondering has anyone had the pain in just one leg? I have had it in both but this this it's just been in one leg. Hurts!! I should have also asked if you are on letrozole. I understand that causes muscle and bone pain. I had it off and on, but this has been persistent.

Yes I have pain and numbness in one leg , I thought it was just my neuropathy spreading. I was worried at first that it was a blood clot, but it's not. I do have osteoarthritis but it's not that. It wakes me up at night. There are so many side effects but as long as it keeps cancer away, we have to live with it.

I'vebeen on Femara for over 3 years. It didn't effect my bones at all. However the faslodex does. Last month when I received my shot the joint pain settled in my left knee. I couldn't bend it. I couldn'even lift my leg. This has effected the recovery of my hip replacement on the same side. My husband had to lift my leg for me to get in bed. I would yell out in pain. It is better but I am still using a cane. I received my faslodex Monday. Thank God so far it is just aching all over. I did read it can settle in one joint like that.

I have that too. I have taken to walking at least 2 miles per day and that really tones it down. And the dog loves it too!

Hello Tmills64,

I had horribly painful cramping down my whole leg at my diagnosis. First they tried focused radiation on my hips to relieve my leg pain which helped but didn't eliminate the pain enough to be comfortable.

I was in my hospital's physical therapy wing for two weeks which allowed the Drs to observe me and find 2 drugs that have completely eleviated the pain. I now take Gabapentin and a muscle relaxer 3x a day which has eliminated the pain. I am on Letrizole and iBrance as well.

Not in my leg but some in my hips.

Update!!! Just a prerequisite for the shingles! Oh my goodness the worst pain I have ever had. Now blisters from my groin past my knee. Absolutely miserable!!! Prayers please!!!!
