Had my first scan (abdomen & a full body) yesterday. I was petrified, I've only been on Ibrance for 4 cycles. My Oncologist called today & said "it's controlled" not in remission but controlled & has not spread. Feeling relieved

Yeah!! Good to hear. I will have my first scan on the 25th and I will have had 5 cycles of Ibrance under my belt.

Scans are always stressful and waiting for the results to me is one of the worst parts of all of this. I have been on ibrance for a year and had my scans in December for bone Mets. Mine showed some areas have resolved and are currently not active, some show the tumors have shrunk and the rest are stable. Good luck with your scans and try not to worry or over think it.

Hi SusieIM. Doing ok. I been having some pain on my right side of my rib. So that's why they sent me to do my scan. Thanks for askingsuch a sweetheart. Thanks for keeping me in your prayers. Should get my results this week.
