Starting this drug Monday did anyone’s white blood count go too low

Hi! I’m on my third cycle of Ibrance. My white blood count is low, but not dangerously low. So far I have had no side effects. I hope it works as well for you!

Many SHARE helpline callers have experienced this Your doctor most likely will have to adjust the dosage if your count remains low. Often your doctor will wait to see if your body rebounds and your white blood count goes up again on its own

I was on Ibrance 125mg for 5 months and my white counts dropped to low, so after a 2 weeks break I started on Ibrance 100mg this is my fourth cycle and counts are low but not dangerously low. Only down side is I'm more tired than usual and my hair is thinning.

I've been on Ibrance for 19 months with Letrozole and yes, my counts at times dropped very low. My Onc would give me a two week break when that happens but so far no reoccurance.

My white count went very low when I was on ibrance I couldn't get it in the dosage that was available on a regular basis because my white count would get too low. My doctor took me off of it after a couple of months of trying different dosages and intervals. He said I wasn't getting the benefit of the drug.
