Breast cancer/22nodes removed positive 2012. Metatasized to bones 2014 . Suffer from chronic lympheda. I wear a compression sleeve and use the flex pump. I've heard the tape that athletes use for sprains and or different problems is being used for lymphedma. Any different ideas to help with lymphdema or knowledge regarding the athletic taping. Mine is in the right arm. Spell check is not working..

Hi, I had mine start up earlier this year. I wear a sleeve. My physical therapist gave me exercises to do and showed me how to massage my arm. See if your doctor will send you to or for your lymphedema. It really helped me. :-) I also bought a fun colorful sleeve online to wear during the day, but they are expensive. Mine was a gift.
