Pectoral Lymph Nodes Swollen

Hello good people of the forum! Please can anyone tell me if this sounds familiar? I’ve had tenderness in my pectoral lymph node area (right side) 4-5 yrs after a mastectomy and lymph node clearance left side. Had rib twinges too on/off (though also had Costochondritis). After finding the 4-5 lymph nodes (bumpy to feel) after stretching my skin, and realising I first reported tenderness there to my doc back in May, I’m expecting to be diagnosed with metastasis bone. Chest X-ray and mammogram came back clear but awaiting CT results. Anyone experienced soreness in just the front pectoral lymph node area? Thank you x
