Hi,

For many people the holidays are very stressful. Cancer adds a whole other level of stress to what can be a difficult time. Any tips on how to navigate the holidays?

Hi! Just enjoy Christmas! This will be my third since diagnosis...I just try to keep cancer talk to a minimum. I want everything to be back to normal on the holidays if even just for that day...😀💕 Denial works well for me...🙈

Just enjoy it and if you are feeling stressed, scale back. Don’t feel obligated to give gifts, have a clean house, etc... enjoy your friends and family.
