Am worried :(

Hello to all you lovely people

Since 2014 my health has been going down hill, if different tests done. Around last year I started to get pain in my left shoulderblade

Not thinking much of it but noticed it more when having a shower or first think in the morning like a cracking nose.

Anyway around Jan I noticed it started to get worse.. to the point of arm pain which became painful under my armpit. And swelling too I started to swell like putting on weight where it's hard to get my jeans on I layed down and my breasts feel a bit tender but I couldn't feel any lumps.. but just or maybe it's my lymph glands because I can feel them all over my body which is swelling it's even painful to lay on that side. For the last three years I been tested for everything

I do have diverticulitis and also I've had almost all my thyroid removed

Would there be a link

To the other conditions I have

I am worried that I may have breast cancer... but trying my best not to think that way. Am waiting to have a breast scan .. and had blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis and also inflammation.. please can you help
