I am freaking out. Last night, I masturbated myself with my hand first, then switched to a teddy bear that is slightly hard on the surface, I masturbated it with it very fast, until I decided to switch back to hand. I then realised I was loosing my erection. I did not regain another proper erection since then. I could get an erection but I had to shake my penis and even then the penis was up but the erection still wasn't hard. I am freaking out now because I fear I might have caused erectile dysfunction. Since then, I couldn't feel aroused even if I touch my penis. Please can someone explain to me what's happened because it's making me feel seriously upset
