These small pimples shower up on the shaft / root of my penis about 10 days ago. They dont hurt. Have burst, scabbed or been “flakey”. I got bloodwork and urine done and came back clean. Could this be herpes? Genital warts? Or Something I shouldnt worry about ?

Could be warts mate, can’t actually see them close enough, I would recommend your local sexual health clinic if you have one
Even zooming on the pic here it is too low resolution and too far away to be sure. It might be molluscum but this pic is too unclear. Agree with NotHot I would attend a sexual health unit for assessment. Herpes would not be present for ten days like this, by now would have ulcerated .
Ah. PTSD. I contracted genital warts last year and I literally wanted to die. It’s not painful at all but I had more in clumps but it looked like that at the start and I assumed it was nothing. Went to the std clinic after a month and I was given some liquid to put on it and after a month it’s all gone. Get it checked ASAP because if u have sexual interocurse with anyone (even with protection) they could easily catch it. It’s very easy to catch.
