No it is long term
vagifem is topical oestrogen for the vagina , usually prescribed for vaginal atrophy. It is not absorbed into the rest of the system so doesn't have whole body effect ( like HRT ) . It does work. I think its daily for 7 days then once a week but please check the prescriber/product info.
