Can someone help me i've got this tingling numbing feeling constantly in my left leg and arm and this sharp burning pain on the left side of my vagina I checked for signs of herpes but cant see anything. I havent had sex in just about a year however it was unprotected and the place where the burning is happening is also where i tore.I have no fever no swollen lymph nodes that I can feel and im still able to pee has anyone experienced this? And do you guys think it could be herpes.

Hi Sarah, you haven't mentioned how long you have had the discomfort for. It would be very unusual to have these symptoms and not have ulcers or fissures present somewhere. As NowHard said, if you are concerned a sexual health service can do a full examination for you.
