You should talk to a doctor. In some cases it is possible to stretch the skin. 30 years ago at age 40, I was circumcised. Was not a big deal and have been very pleased with it.
As the other poster GeejayMN says you really MUST speak to the GP. It really needs medical attention and as he says the procedure is simple. There are some creams that s/he can prescribe but they may not work. To have satisfactory sexual intercourse you need a spotlessly clean penis and a free moving foreskin. If you do not you risk tearing which is - I am told - painful!
