I had an IUD fitted on the 3rd of August this year. Since then I’ve had spotting of blood and sometimes heavy brown discharge. I’m also got light pain on my lower abdomen. The discharge doesn’t really have a smell. I was given antibiotics after it was inserted. So can anyone help me, to put my mind at rest or do I need to go and see a doctor. Thank you
