I have a shorter and thinner penis and have always had issues with condom retention. My foreskin is also quite long (as you can see in my other post) wich doesn't help keeping a condom from unrolling. A clerk recommended my wife use female condoms instead of my using conventional ones..we don't want to use oral contraception nor do I want a vasectomy. My measurements are 4 inches long by 5 inches circumference. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what brand to use etc?

They make condoms for smaller guys like us. I think I'm around the same size as you. I don't know why, I wasn't premature. I know my Dad had my Mom take a pill to terminate the pregnancy, which she eventually stopped. Maybe that's the cause, or I was just born this way.
Anyway, look online. There used to be a brand called "snugger fit", though I'm not sure if they exist any longer, but you will find condoms online for a tighter fit.
