What actually happens, jmerrick? Assuming you get an erection OK, is there any sensation of climax but no ejaculation? Or everything to that point working but nothing ejaculated?

That's fine. Not all the time can someone orgasm when masturbating. Your okay.
Difficulty climaxing while taking Prozac is very common in men and women. I'm unfamiliar with Zoloft, but if it has similar ingredients, it'd make sense that it has similar side effects. If it's an embarrassing problem for you that effects your life negatively (such as difficulties having sex with a partner), you might want to talk to your doctor. They might be able to put you on a lower dosage that may make climaxing easier, or find an alternative medication for you.
