Buried penis circumcision worries

I’m overweight type 2 diabetic. Lately I have been suffering from reoccurring balanitis from thrush for around 6 weeks so far. It clears up in around a week but every time I stop using the cream it comes back in 2 days. I have been told if the treatment doesn’t clear me up completely in the next 3 months I will need to be circumcised. I already suffer from a buried penis. Most of the time I just have a bunched up foreskin but if I push into the fat my penis comes out no problem. I’m worried what will happen if circumcised.

Looks clear of infection at the moment. That’s good.

Hi I’m still on the anti fungal cream just now so all is good. I’m not sure what will happen when I stop using the cream.

It looks not too bad. I had similar issues and had circumcision. My already small penis, now looks a bit smaller. But am on a diet now plus when hopefully covid is over am looking to get some girth enhancement to give me more confidence. I ve been told that a weight loss of 1.5 stone should help the appearance of the penis as well as there's too much belly.
