Delayed orgasm during intercourse

I’m in my early 70’s and have started having slow or no orgasmic response with sex with my wife. I usually use Cialis or viagra so being erect isn’t the issue. It’s like there’s not much sensation from my wife’s vagina. During intercourse I come to a point where I have started feeling like I’m having several small orgasms with no ejaculation. After the mini-small orgasms start I can have numerous of these small orgasms repeatedly without cumming. To end the intercourse I usually just flex my penis/anal muscles real hard, take a deep breath and stop. My wife has her orgasms during intercourse which is great, but I feel somewhat confused and frustrated since I’m not having a full orgasm with ejaculation. Any other older men have this issue? Any suggestions? I ejaculate just fine when masterbating.

I’m pretty sure it’s nothing organic. Either mental or lack of friction. I think my mind has said it’s not going to happen, and it doesn’t.

I am 56 and occasionally have similar occurrences, but to be honest I quite enjoy the experience. But then next time I ejaculate as usual.I sometimes use viagra or similar. Have you tried not using viagra and see how you get on ?

Also my wife gets vey wet and this can lead to lessened sensation, I believe creams are available to increase friction.

Yes, I enjoy it too some. Last night we had a long lovemaking time and it was heat. I Had numerous small orgasms, all dry. Still the whole of the actual sex was amazing. It lasted so long, not just penetration but kissing, breast play, oil massage and lots of good well lubed fucking. I’m still getting hard when I think of it. Thanks for your answers. My wife does they wet. I do oral sex on her, which I love, or use lib. Dry doesn’t work very well.
